Life Update

Hey guys!

So it’s been exact 9months since I posted ANYTHING here in blog! Any guesses πŸ˜€ πŸ˜€ . Yesssss from two we (me and hubs… duh) are three now πŸ™‚ . Life Update

It’s a Boyyyy

The reason reasons for which I didn’t post anything on the blog was majorly because I was not well for the first 4-5 months of the pregnancy! Nausea sucks! I lost my appetite! From jeera tadka, smell of cooked tomatoes, coriander to even the smell of MAGGI I disliked pretty much everything. By April I started feeling much much much better but voila Edema hits aka water retention in my body. Every visible body part was swollen my nose cheeks hands fingers, my foot 😭. Edema was still fine as I knew it’s temporary and will fade off as soon as the baby will pop and it did by the way! Lost 10kgs within 5 days of the delivery! The main problem was my BP throughout the pregnancy. It kept on fluctuating throughout the third trimester of the pregnancy. You can go ahead and google the repercussions of the same.

Anyhoo it was quite a journey for both of us not just these 9months but the last 2 years of our lives. We thought of expanding our family in late 2015 and with multiple hospital visits and meeting so many doctors we weren’t sure of on whom to rely on. When things started falling apart our friend introduced us to my current gynaecologist. Thankfully she stays in our apartments and her clinic was right outside the main gate of our society. She knew I take tutions and she always called me once she was done with her other appointments and I used to run right after my class.

We knew well in advance that it’s not going to be an easy ride and we have to just hang in there. With multiple tries, procedures, hospital admissions and 200+ shots in these two years (2016/2017) I finally conceived in November 2017.

Didn’t go for any maternity shoot coz I looked horrible with all the edema! πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ But I do have baby photography planned so I am looking for those.

P.S. Feel free to email/message me any of queries. I am happy to help.

Congrats πŸ™‚ I had a baby girl in October 2017. I had multiple losses in 2 years span, I had almost given up hope and when I got pregnant, I refused to accept my pregnancy until I crossed 1st triem. I didn’t have any nausea or sickness, it was just too good to be true. The downside was my body did not put on any weight through the whole pregnancy. I hardly put on 3 kgs, and at 34 weeks, my Gynec decided to do an emergency C section as baby was not gaining enough weight. It so amazing how each of us have different stories, but the end result is unadulterated love towards a lil something that came out of us.
